Shipping policy

Once the order is shipped, you will receive a notification email containing shipping details and a tracking number. The orders are delivered with a 5-10 days  timeframe after processing. We aim to meet these delivery times. Please take note that during busy periods deliveries may take longer.

We will not be held liable for items that are lost or stolen as a result of specific delivery instructions left by the customer for the carrier.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and is not eligible for store credit.
